These terms govern access to and use of XeonTech websites, products, software, support channels, and related services. By using the services, you agree to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of XeonTech websites, ProxyLens, license services, support channels, documentation, and related materials.
You must use the services in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any plan limits or documentation provided with the product. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, XeonTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ProxyLens for your internal development, debugging, QA, testing, and support workflows.
License scope, seats, activations, billing period, renewal status, and included features depend on the plan you purchase or activate. You may not share license keys outside your authorized users or attempt to bypass activation limits.
Paid plans are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply.
We may update pricing, plan names, plan limits, or included features with notice as required by applicable law.
Refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing changes are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
XeonTech and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the services, including software, design, trademarks, documentation, and related materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as permitted by these terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or create derivative works from XeonTech software or materials unless expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.
ProxyLens is a network debugging tool that analyzes network traffic locally on your device. We do not capture, transmit, store, or process your network traffic, API payloads, authentication tokens, business information, or other sensitive customer data as part of normal product use.
We provide documentation, tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and technical support to help you use ProxyLens effectively. When contacting support, do not share confidential information, API keys, private credentials, or unredacted production data. If diagnostic information is required, remove sensitive information before sharing it.
You may not use XeonTech products or services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential theft, security evasion, abuse of third-party systems, or activity that infringes another party's rights.
We may release updates, fixes, improvements, or feature changes. Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, licensing, or continued product operation.
ProxyLens behavior may depend on macOS settings, certificate trust configuration, app network behavior, and third-party software. Some apps may use certificate pinning or custom network behavior that limits inspection.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may change or remove features when needed for security, compliance, product quality, or operational reasons.
XeonTech services may link to third-party websites, payment processors, documentation, or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or actions.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you grant XeonTech permission to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information unless we have a separate written agreement.
The services are provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, XeonTech disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ProxyLens is a developer debugging tool. You are responsible for how you configure it, what traffic you inspect, and whether your use complies with applicable laws, contracts, workplace policies, and security requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, XeonTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
To the extent permitted by law, XeonTech's total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to XeonTech for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if needed to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the services.
After termination, you must stop using paid features and remove any license keys or software copies if required by us or by your plan terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or update the effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Enterprise, team, purchase-order, invoice, or custom commercial purchases may include separate written terms. If separate written terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the separate written terms control for that purchase.
